Last updated on · ⓘ How we make our floor plans

This design is a compact single-story ranch plan. It fits two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open living core into a clean rectangular footprint.

The facade is crisp and understated. It follows a classic ranch silhouette with a low side-gable roof and a balanced front elevation. The exterior appears to use painted brick with simple siding at the gable ends, finished in white for a fresh look. Black shutters, dark entry accents, and neat trim add contrast. The roof is finished in brown asphalt shingles.

We have more facade options of this design:
Grey Color Siding

The siding switched to a calm, modern grey, instantly sharpening the facade. White trim and louvered black shutters now read bolder, and the wide picture window becomes the star instead of the understudy.
The black, divided-lite front door and twin sconces gain crisp contrast—stage lights on.
This grey also syncs with the light shingle roof and white chimney, making the low side-gabled form feel sleeker. Horizontal lap lines are more legible, and corner boards, fascia, and window casings look freshly cut.
Even the petite stoop seems sharper against it, like it finally found its edges.
Forest Green Siding

The facade now wears forest green, unifying the painted brick and the clapboard gable like one well-behaved team. White trim and gutters snap into sharper relief, and the black shutters suddenly feel intentional instead of just opinionated.
The big picture window becomes a spotlight, its white casing glowing against the deep tone, while the black front door and twin sconces read cooler and crisper.
That darker skin visually lowers the single-story mass, making the low gable roof seem sleeker and the eaves more tailored. The chimney poking through the shingles looks tidier, too, because the contrast pushes the roofline forward.
Even the small entry stoop benefits: the simple steps look sculpted, not shy. Forest green didn’t just change the color; it recalibrated the whole rhythm of the facade.
Urbane Bronze Siding

The siding is now Urbane Bronze, flipping the facade to a sleek, moody ranch. This deep charcoal ties the brick and gable ends into one continuous shell, slims the low massing, and sharpens the eaves.
Dark shutters, the black door, and those compact sconces now pop with intentional contrast, while the big picture window sits bolder beneath the overhang. Even the chimney and long horizontal lines feel more tailored—subtle muscle, zero flexing.
Deep Red Siding

The siding is now deep red, transforming the ranch façade from quiet to confidently warm. Against it, the white fascia, gutters, and window trim snap into sharp relief, while the black shutters and paneled door read crisper and more architectural.
Even the small entry stoop feels more intentional, like punctuation instead of a pause.
The new body color also ties the chimney seamlessly into the composition, making the long, horizontal lap lines feel stronger and more grounded.
The large front window becomes a brighter focal point thanks to the high-contrast casing, and the sandy roof now plays calm counterpoint rather than competing. Same bones, bolder face—like the house got a new suit and it finally fits.
Deep Blue Color Siding

The siding now wears a deep blue, transforming the ranch’s long, low facade into a sharper, bolder silhouette. Horizontal lap lines read crisper, while white eaves, casings, and gutters pop like a crisp collar on a navy blazer.
Black shutters and the dark front door suddenly look curated, not just attached.
This richer field color turbocharges the big picture window, making its mullions gleam and its frame feel more sculptural. The chimney blends into the blue plane, letting the simple gable roof stay calm and light above it.
Even the petite stoop and twin sconces gain presence against the darker backdrop. Same bones, new suit—tidy, tailored, a little dashing.
