Check out our minimalist mansion designs where we apply simple minimalist architecture to luxury.

These minimalist mansions are our way of asking how little a house can do visually while still feeling generous, warm and a bit spoiled.

We took cues from mid century pavilions, quiet resorts and even a few treehouses that clearly grew up and got serious about spa time.

As you move through the designs, watch how the homes hover over lawns, pools and planted roofs, and how glass walls slide away so living spaces spill into terraces, courtyards and forests.

The shapes stay simple on purpose, so the views, reflections and everyday life do most of the decorating work.

Notice the recurring tricks we lean on, the long calm roofs, slim frames, floating stairs, timber bands and deep overhangs that turn shade and privacy into part of the architecture. If you catch yourself thinking these places look peaceful enough to forget your inbox for a minute, then we probably did something right.

Hillside Poolside Timber Retreat

This residence plays with long, clean planes and generous glazing that float over the water like calm platforms. The warm vertical wood cladding softens the crisp geometry, so it feels like a very stylish treehouse that discovered spa days.

Frameless glass railings, deep overhangs and the razor thin pool edge all work together to keep the view as open as possible, which is really the main show here. The layout stacks simple rectangular volumes that slide past each other, giving every major room a front row seat to the landscape and making the whole place feel quietly confident without trying too hard.

This home plays with gravity a bit, letting the upper wing hover confidently over a lush planted roof and quiet lower level. The long glass bridge roof pulls light into the rooms below and makes the walk across feel just a tiny bit like an airport runway, only calmer.

Clean white planes and dark grounded volumes keep the whole composition sharp while the tall grasses soften everything, almost like the house grew there by accident and decided to stay. Floor to ceiling glazing opens the main rooms to the sunset and city views, because hiding that kind of scenery would be a crime in our book.

This place is all about that clean floating look, with the upper floor pushing out to create a snug covered entry that feels a bit like a carport with manners. Huge corner windows wrap the living areas so you get those long views over the lawn while the warm interior light makes it feel inviting instead of cold.

We played with crisp lines and a simple palette so the bold geometry does the work and your eye can relax a little. The low clipped shrubs in neat rows mirror the sharp edges of the structure and guide you right to the front door, which is exactly the kind of quiet little trick we enjoy sneaking into our projects.

Clean white volumes stretch along the slope, framing a slender lap pool that feels almost like a private canal for lazy mornings and ambitious swimmers alike. Floor to ceiling glass keeps the interior linked to the rolling hills, while the pale stone paving quietly echoes the surrounding landscape so the house feels like it just grew there.

A taller stone clad block anchors the composition and hides the practical stuff, which lets the rest of the home stay low and sleek without losing presence. The pergola shaded dining terrace, slim planters with sculptural desert plants and a razor straight hedge are all about easy living with just enough polish to impress the neighbors without trying too hard.

Forest Framed Geometric Haven

This design plays with stacked boxes and tall windows that quietly mirror the surrounding trees, almost like the forest dared it to keep up. We kept the palette calm with white and charcoal walls so the greenery does the showing off while the house stays cool and composed.

The covered terrace with breezy curtains and raised planter was shaped as a little outdoor room that still feels connected to the main volume. Clean lines around the carport and entry pull everything together, so the daily walk from driveway to front door feels a bit like arriving at a private gallery every single time.

Terraced Grove Glass Courtyard Residence

This design plays with long horizontal lines and simple volumes, then softens them with warm wood that wraps the ceilings and core. The wide roof overhang creates a generous outdoor living room that feels as comfortable as the interior, just with better gossip from the trees.

We framed the main living areas in floor to ceiling glass so views of the stepped garden and distant hills become part of everyday life. Clean concrete planes, floating interior stairs and neatly carved planters keep everything feeling calm and intentional, making the whole place look like it woke up already put together.

Urban Louvered Planes Courtyard Residence

The stacked concrete frames and warm timber louvers were inspired by a kind of urban treehouse idea where each level feels slightly perched and a bit tucked away. Those deep overhangs, layered screens, and corner glass panels shape views carefully so you see the neighborhood when you want and forget it when you do not.

Horizontal wood slats temper the big openings, giving privacy while keeping rooms feeling open and easy, and yes they also help keep cooling needs in check without looking like a science project. Floating entry steps, crisp gravel beds, and neatly carved planters wrap the corner lot so the whole place feels calm, organized, and just a little bit proud of itself.

This home loves clean lines and shows it off with a long white frame that stretches over floor to ceiling glass like a quiet gallery in the countryside. The narrow pool mirrors the facade, so the whole place feels a bit like it is peacefully floating even though it is very much grounded.

We shaped the deep overhang and tall openings to keep the rooms generous and open while still giving shady comfort on bright days, kind of like a wide brim hat for the whole house. Soft landscaping with stones and low shrubs tucks the structure into the site, making the modern form feel relaxed and livable instead of cold or showy.

This home leans into those sweeping curves, with the upper level wrapping like a clean white ribbon around dark sculpted walls. Broad glass panes keep everything feeling open, so you almost forget there are walls at all and not just views everywhere.

We pulled the pool and terrace right to the edge of the slope, which makes everyday lounging feel a little bit like a vacation and also stretches the outdoor living space. Layered landscaping along the driveway and steps softens the strong geometry, guiding you gently up to the entry while the garage tucks neatly under the main volume like it always belonged there.

Quiet Planes Poolside Modern Refuge

The house leans into a simple set of clean boxes that slide past each other, which helps frame long views out to the landscape and keeps the whole place feeling calm. Big floor to ceiling windows pull the outdoors into the living spaces, so the pool, lawn and interior all feel like one long room you can wander through in bare feet.

We wrapped the pool in pale concrete and low steps that act almost like built in seating, making it easy to drift from patio to water without any fuss. The mix of warm gray stucco and raw concrete was inspired by quiet gallery spaces, which lets the sky, reflections and everyday life add the real color here.

Warm Timber Bands Courtyard Mansion

This residence plays with clean white planes and warm vertical timber so it feels modern but not the cold kind of modern. The floating upper level with its slim shadow line makes the ground floor feel open and welcoming, almost like it is holding out its arms for guests.

Large sliding glass panels open the living areas straight onto the dark stone terrace which frames the lawn like a quiet outdoor room. The carefully trimmed greenery softens all the straight lines and those chunky wood door panels anchor the entry so you always know exactly where home starts.

Forest Courtyard Lap Pool Sanctuary

This long, low retreat stretches around a slim lap pool, so every main room gets a clear view of the water and the trees beyond. The layout feels a bit like a quiet resort, where you just happen to know exactly where every light switch is.

Warm wood cladding wraps the clean glass volumes, softening the modern lines and helping the home blend into the surrounding forest instead of shouting at it. The hot tub deck that hangs over the slope is the playful moment in the composition, giving you a perch in the treetops and making the whole design feel a little more like a secret hideout.

Garden Edge Timber Planes Villa

Clean horizontal lines wrap around the villa and the long terrace feels like it is just hovering above the grass, which our clients secretly love because it looks fancy but stays practical. The broad roof overhangs were inspired by classic mid century patios and they keep the outdoor lounge sheltered so you can sit out there even when the weather cannot make up its mind.

Tall glass panels slide open to blur the edge between the living area and the garden and that makes daily life spill out onto the terrace in a really relaxed way. Vertical timber cladding warms up the simple geometric forms and gives the whole place a calm, grounded character that fits nicely into the surrounding trees.

Stepped Concrete Poolside Escape

This design leans into strong horizontal lines that stretch out toward the landscape, letting those big glass walls pull the outdoors straight into the living areas. The upper level is carved into deep geometric frames, so bedrooms feel tucked in and private while still getting huge views.

We wrapped the ground floor with wide covered terraces so you can drift from sofa to pool without ever thinking about the weather report. Planters along the rooftop rail are packed with hardy greenery, softening all that crisp concrete and quietly tying the house back to the surrounding trees.

Palm Grove Floating Glass Hideaway

This place grew from the idea of living right in the middle of a garden without actually getting your feet muddy. The long glass walls slide past the surrounding palms so rooms feel tucked into the greenery while the crisp concrete edges keep everything calm and tidy.

We pulled the rooflines out into deep flat planes that shade the glass and create outdoor rooms that feel like extensions of the living spaces. The warm wood soffits soften the concrete and frame tiny spotlights, so at night the whole house feels like it is quietly hovering above the plants.

Calm Grove Vertical Window Residence

This home plays with clean planes of pale stone and slim vertical windows that feel almost like a quiet row of lanterns facing the trees. We let the black framing pull everything together so the house feels crisp without trying too hard.

The low, dark garage wing with warm wood doors was our way of grounding the composition and sneaking in a bit of coziness. Simple raised planters with tall grasses soften the edges of all that geometry and make the walk to the front door feel a little more like a garden stroll than a driveway march.
