Timeless Stone Cottage with Cozy Charm Floor Plan

This is a compact two-storey family house plan with a central stair core, public rooms spread wide on the main level, and a clean three-bedroom sleeping level above. Each floor is scaled to a 58 ft × 40 ft envelope for quick, confident space reading.

The facade reads as refined cottage-meets-farmhouse. Steep front-facing gables give it that “yes, I belong in a storybook” posture, while the material mix keeps it crisp: smooth light stucco paired with pale stone cladding. Simple shutters frame the openings, and a warm timber entry door sits under a modest covered porch. Roofing presents as dark shingle with selective metal accenting at the lower roof line for a neat, tailored edge.

These drawings are floor plan drafts. They are available for download as printable PDF files, suitable for markups, redlines, and the inevitable “what if we move this wall two feet?” conversation.
