Last updated on · ⓘ How we make our floor plans

This design is a compact two-story family home, organized on a clean 38 ft by 42 ft footprint for each level and optimized for everyday comfort with a touch of quiet luxury.
The façade leans toward a refined neoclassical style. Tall fluted pilasters frame the front elevation, capped with layered cornices that give the house a confident, almost stately posture.
Smooth, light-toned wall cladding and stone-like trim create a crisp contrast with the dark-framed windows and doors. Juliet balconies and full balconies use slim metal railings, adding elegance without visual heaviness.
Warm wall sconces accent the vertical lines and highlight the entrance. The roofline is concealed behind a high parapet, keeping the profile modern while still feeling timeless.
The front entry and attached carport are clearly defined with a sheltered canopy and rich wood-and-metal gate, hinting that this house enjoys both style and practicality.
These floor plans are concept drafts prepared for design review. They are available for download as printable PDF files, ready for markups, red pens, and ambitious dreams.
