Majestic Mediterranean Mansion: Glass and Greenery Fusion Floor Plan

This design is a two-story family residence with a clean, modern-classic layout and an efficient 50′ x 30′ footprint on each level, giving generous space without the mansion drama.

The façade blends Mediterranean and contemporary influences. Smooth light-colored stucco walls pair with dark, finely gridded windows for sharp contrast. A tall arched entry, flanked by metal lanterns, forms a quiet focal point. Slim vertical windows echo the arch and stretch the elevations visually. Roofing is a low-pitched, dark tile system with refined eaves, giving the house a solid, almost villa-like presence. Trim is minimal, crisp, and lets the large openings and proportions do the talking.

  • Powder Room: Convenient half bath near the foyer and Bedroom 1.
  • Bedroom 1: Front-right bedroom; works well as a guest suite or main-floor office.

The upper floor repeats the 50′ x 30′ footprint and turns it into a true bedroom realm. A central hall and family room anchor the plan, with bedrooms grouped to each side. Privacy and proximity strike a neat truce.

Rooms and spaces:

  • Stairs & Halls: Stair arrives at a double hall system, distributing movement left and right.
  • Family Room: Generous central lounge; ideal for kids, gaming, or a second TV zone when tastes clash.
  • Powder Room: Central half bath close to the family room and stair.
  • Bedroom 1: Right-side bedroom near the front, with easy access to Bathroom 2.
  • Bathroom 2: Full bath serving Bedroom 1 and nearby hall traffic.
  • Bedroom 5: Far-right bedroom, slightly tucked away for extra quiet.
  • Bedroom 2: Front-left bedroom, balanced opposite Bedroom 1.
  • Bedroom 3: Mid-left bedroom, conveniently close to the central hall.
  • Bathroom 3: Full bath along the left hall, serving Bedrooms 2 and 3.
  • Bedroom 4: Rear-left bedroom, close to the central family room.
  • Bathroom 1: Full bath placed near Bedroom 4 and the central family room.

Together, the two levels form a 3,000 sq ft home with clear zoning, abundant bedrooms, and enough living spaces that everyone can escape everyone else—lovingly, of course.
