This is a compact one-floor modern house plan with 957 sq ft of living area. The layout is direct, practical, and pleasantly unfussy. No maze. No “where did that hallway go?” drama.
The facade has a crisp contemporary cabin character. Tall gabled volumes give the house a strong architectural profile, while large glass panels bring a bright, vertical rhythm to the front. The exterior mixes natural vertical timber siding with dark metal cladding for contrast. A standing-seam metal roof sharpens the form, and the simple wood entry door adds warmth without getting chatty.

Main Floor
The main floor measures 42 ft wide by 34 ft deep and contains the full 957 sq ft. The plan is arranged with the living and dining spaces on the left, the kitchen and hall at the center, and the bedrooms to the right. It works like a tidy little command center.
The hall is the main organizer. At 127 sq ft, it gives the plan breathing room and connects the kitchen, utility room, bathroom, and both bedrooms without wasting movement. Storage is tucked into the bedroom zone with closets placed near the sleeping rooms and bathroom. Sensible. Quietly heroic.
The dining room is a generous 165 sq ft and sits beside the living room, creating a connected social area. The living room is 105 sq ft, compact but clear in shape. The kitchen is 80 sq ft and placed between the dining area and hall, making service easy and daily use efficient.
The utility room is 57 sq ft and sits near the kitchen and bedroom wing, keeping laundry and household systems close but separated. Bedroom 1 is the largest room at 225 sq ft, set at the lower right for privacy. Bedroom 2 is 151 sq ft and sits above the bathroom, making the right side a compact sleeping wing.
