This is a compact two-story family home with 1,693 square feet of planned living area. The design is tidy, practical, and not trying to win a maze contest.
The facade has a classic Craftsman-inspired character. It uses horizontal lap siding, crisp white trim, stone porch piers, and a board-and-batten front gable. The roof combines dark asphalt shingles with a lower metal porch roof. Broad columns, deep eaves, and multi-pane windows give the elevation a confident, well-dressed look.
