Last updated on · ⓘ How we make our floor plans

This design presents a compact two-floor cottage plan with a total area of 914 sq ft. It is arranged for practical daily living, with social spaces on the main level and extra sleeping rooms above.

The facade has a classic cottage character. White textured siding gives the house a crisp, old-world look. The steep dark slate-style roof, twin dormers, and tall chimneys add charm without getting too fancy. Stone trim around the arched front door and windows brings weight and texture. The shutters are a neat little wink.
These are floor plan drafts and are available for download as printable PDF files. Handy for review, planning, and the occasional coffee-table debate.
