Last updated on · ⓘ How we make our floor plans

This is a compact single-floor cottage plan with 169 sq ft of interior area. It is a tiny home layout built for essentials, not clutter. The suitcase can stay. The grand piano cannot.

The facade follows a warm Mediterranean cottage style. It uses smooth beige stucco walls, light stone trim, arched openings, and a solid wood entry door. The roof is finished with terracotta clay tiles, with exposed timber brackets adding a handcrafted bite. A small covered entry gives the front elevation a neat, welcoming face.
These are floor plan drafts and are available for download as printable PDF files. Handy for review, planning, or taping to the fridge like a tiny architectural trophy.
