This is a two-story Mediterranean-inspired house plan with a central courtyard, large gathering spaces, and a clear split between public and private zones.
The facade leans into Spanish and Mediterranean language. Smooth stucco walls, arched openings, warm wood trim, and wrought-iron balcony rails shape the exterior. A tower element gives the front elevation extra stature. The roofing is a multi-plane terracotta tile roof, rich in texture and very sure of itself.

Main Floor
The main floor spans 2,470 sq ft. Its layout centers on a 450 sq ft courtyard, with the Great Hall placed just below it as the main interior hub. Living spaces sit to the right. Sleeping and guest spaces sit to the left. It is orderly, efficient, and pleasantly not a maze.

The kitchen and dining room are grouped together for easy daily use. The living room forms a large separate lounge on the right side. Bedroom 1 and the guest room occupy the left wing, each close to bath access. Stair locations are also shown on this level, tying the plan together without fuss.
Upper Floor
The upper floor contains 1,237 sq ft. This level wraps around an open-to-below space, with halls linking the bedrooms and outdoor edges. The plan feels lighter here. It also gains a bit of drama by looking down into the level below, which is always a neat trick.

Bedroom 2 is placed on the right side near Bath 2. Bedrooms 3 and 4 sit on the left side. The hall space connects the rooms and the stair access cleanly. Balcony space is included on this floor, and the open central void adds air and visual depth without wasting the plan.
