Last updated on · ⓘ How we make our floor plans

This is a compact single-story house plan with 840 sq ft arranged for simple daily living. It keeps the footprint efficient, the circulation clear, and the storage exactly where it should be. No wasted gymnastics required.
The facade has a warm Mediterranean character. Smooth stucco siding pairs with a stone base, brick-trimmed arched windows, and a recessed arched entry. The roof uses red clay-style barrel tiles with broad hipped forms and exposed bracket details, giving the home a sturdy, sunny, old-world snap.

Main Floor

The main floor measures 27 ft wide by 38 ft deep, with 840 sq ft of living area. The plan is organized around a central hall that links the entry, living spaces, bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, and storage. It is tidy and direct. The hall does not wander off on an adventure.
The entry opens into the front living zone, where the living room and kitchen sit close together for easy everyday use. The kitchen connects naturally to the dining area shown within the open living space, keeping meals, conversation, and snack raids within reach.
The bedrooms are placed toward the upper side of the plan for privacy. Bedroom 1 is the larger room and includes access near a reading nook shown on the plan. Bedroom 2 has its own nearby closet. Storage is handled with two bedroom closets, a coat closet near the bath and entry sequence, plus a dedicated utility/laundry room. Small spaces doing big work. Very respectable.
