Last updated on · ⓘ How we make our floor plans

This two-story home combines modern farmhouse detailing with a practical rectangular plan. Shared living spaces occupy the main floor, while four bedrooms provide privacy upstairs.
The floor plans were created from the visual concept image of the house, so they may not be 100% accurate. Every effort was made to make them as accurate as possible.
The facade features white vertical, board-and-batten-style siding, black-framed windows, and an exposed concrete base. A simple gabled roof gives the house its crisp silhouette. Dark roof trim and a standing-seam metal entrance canopy provide contrast. Square porch posts frame the deep-blue front door and its narrow sidelight.

Main Floor

The main floor measures 30 ft by 40 ft, with a stated area of 1,200 sq ft. The front entry connects to a central hallway, with the staircase along the right side. Living and dining spaces occupy the left side, leading toward the large rear kitchen. A partial dividing wall gives the central family room some separation without fully enclosing it.
The pantry, utility room, and laundry room form a service cluster at the rear right. The coat closet sits beside the entry, keeping jackets from appointing themselves permanent residents of the living room. A hallway-accessed bathroom serves the shared spaces.
