This two-story, four-bedroom house pairs a modern barn-inspired exterior with a practical family layout. The 3,026 sq ft design places shared living spaces downstairs and bedrooms upstairs, with dedicated storage on both floors.

The floor plans were created from the visual concept image of the house, so they may not be 100% accurate. Every effort was made to make them as accurate as possible.

Facade and Architecture

The facade features charcoal vertical siding with a board-and-batten profile and a metal-like finish. A steep standing-seam metal roof reinforces the clean, barn-inspired form. Tall, narrow windows add a strong vertical rhythm.

Warm wood cladding distinguishes the recessed front entrance. A compact metal canopy shelters the doorway, while dark window frames and restrained trim keep the composition crisp.
