This single-story modern farmhouse pairs two bedrooms with a dogtrot layout. A covered central passage separates the shared living spaces from the private bedroom wing.
The floor plans were created from the house’s visual concept image and may not be 100% accurate. Every effort was made to reproduce the design as accurately as possible.
Facade and Architecture
Two front-facing gables frame the central dogtrot passage. Cream board-and-batten siding contrasts with black window frames and a dark standing-seam metal roof. A pale stone base anchors the facade, while timber posts and a natural wood entrance door add warmth. The composition is crisp, with a modest rustic accent.

Main Floor
The main floor measures 42 ft wide by 32 ft deep, with a stated floor area of 1,060 sq ft. The left wing groups the kitchen, dining room, and living room in an open arrangement. A separate office sits beside the entryway. Across the dogtrot porch, a bedroom hall serves two bedrooms and the shared bathroom.
The kitchen’s nearby pantry keeps food storage close to preparation space. Laundry and utility functions sit beside the mudroom, concentrating everyday chores in one service zone. Each bedroom has a dedicated closet. The mudroom provides a useful landing place for shoes and bags—before they tour the house.

- Pantry — 25 sq ft: Separate food and kitchen-supply storage beside the kitchen.

- Bathroom — 80 sq ft: Centrally positioned between the bedrooms for shared access.
- Bedroom 2 Closet — 21 sq ft: Dedicated storage adjoining Bedroom 2.
- Bedroom 2 — 141 sq ft: The larger bedroom, positioned at the front of the private wing.
