This is a nice two-level modern barnhouse plan with a generous garage wing, a bright public core, and an upper sleeping zone topped off with a loft that refuses to be boring.
The facade reads crisp and confident. Steep gables and a standing-seam metal roof deliver that clean agrarian silhouette. Dark board-and-batten siding is balanced with warm wood accents at the entry gable, plus a stone/brick base wainscot for weight. Big, simple window groupings and a deep covered porch finish the composition with a polite hint of drama.
