Modern Barn Elegance Amidst Nature’s Canvas Floor Plan

This design is a two-story modern farmhouse-style residence with a clean 60′ x 40′ footprint on both levels, planned for comfortable family living and generous entertaining.

The façade blends classic symmetry with sharp contemporary lines. A tall central gable with full-height glazing anchors the front, flanked by lower wings and compact dormers. Light masonry walls pair with darker horizontal and vertical siding for contrast, while slim black-framed windows stretch from floor to ceiling. A standing-seam metal roof crowns the composition, with a simple masonry chimney and wide terrace doors leading out to an expansive paved patio and a linear fire feature. Nothing flashy, just quietly confident.

These drawings are floor plan drafts, prepared for design review and fine-tuning. They are available as downloadable, printable PDF files, ready for markup, coffee stains, and ambitious furniture sketches.
