This design is a two-story modern farmhouse-style residence with a clean 60′ x 40′ footprint on both levels, planned for comfortable family living and generous entertaining.
The façade blends classic symmetry with sharp contemporary lines. A tall central gable with full-height glazing anchors the front, flanked by lower wings and compact dormers. Light masonry walls pair with darker horizontal and vertical siding for contrast, while slim black-framed windows stretch from floor to ceiling. A standing-seam metal roof crowns the composition, with a simple masonry chimney and wide terrace doors leading out to an expansive paved patio and a linear fire feature. Nothing flashy, just quietly confident.

The main floor is all about easy circulation and strong connections between social and private zones. The entry sits at the center, with formal dining and bedroom wings to each side, and a wide living room spilling out to the rear terrace. Service spaces quietly line the edges so daily life runs smoothly and without too many mystery doors.
Key layout features:
- Central Entryway with staircase as the organizing hub.
- Front-facing Dining Room directly connected to the kitchen for short food journeys.
- Spacious rear Living Room opening to the large Terrace, ideal for gatherings that grow unexpectedly.
- Well-planned Kitchen with island, adjacent Pantry, and nearby Utility room, linked by a short Corridor.
- Right-side family wing with Hall, Laundry, and three bedrooms clustered around bathrooms.

Key layout features:
- Central Hall at the stair landing, keeping circulation short and simple.
- Two spacious Bedrooms positioned left and right for privacy.
- Paired central Bathrooms, giving the floor true no-excuse morning efficiency.
- Large open areas at both ends, ideal as flexible bonus or storage spaces.
