This is a compact, single-level modern home plan with an efficient two-bedroom core and generous indoor–outdoor flow. Clean lines. Clear zoning. No wasted wandering.
The facade reads as contemporary Southwestern minimalism. A smooth, white stucco massing with softened corners frames a recessed arched entry. Flat roof lines sit behind a crisp parapet. Black, steel-look window frames add sharp contrast, while a warm wood front door and matching privacy screen keep it from feeling like a laboratory.
