This is a compact two-story cottage house plan with a turret, one bedroom, and a tight, efficient layout. Small in size, big in character.
The facade blends storybook cottage charm with light Victorian flavor. A tall multi-sided turret, steep front gable, and covered front porch give the elevation a lively vertical stance. The exterior mixes horizontal lap siding with shingle-style cladding for rich texture. Natural wood trim outlines the windows, corners, and porch details with crisp contrast. Dark architectural shingles cap the gables and turret roof for a clean, sturdy finish.

Main Floor
The main floor is shown within a 14 ft by 20 ft footprint, or 278 square feet of livable space. The layout is compact and direct. The living area and kitchen sit in the main open zone, while the service rooms line the right and rear sides. The stair runs along the left wall and keeps circulation neat.

- Front Porch: Covered entry porch at the front.
- Living Room: Main gathering space just inside the entry.
- Kitchen: Open kitchen with an L-shaped counter layout.
- Pantry: Dedicated pantry tucked beside the kitchen.
- Utility: Separate utility room behind the pantry.
- Bathroom: Full bath with sink, toilet, and shower.
- Storage: Under-stair storage on the left side.
- Stair: Straight stair leading to the upper level.
- Back Porch: Rear porch for secondary access.
Upper Floor
The upper floor also fits within a 14 ft by 20 ft footprint, or 278 square feet of livable sapce. This level is simple and airy. One large bedroom takes most of the plan. The closet and stair stay to the left, and the turret creates a small bonus nook. A little drama, in a good way.
