Last updated on · ⓘ How we make our floor plans

This is a compact single-story Mediterranean-style house plan with 800 square feet of efficient living space. The layout keeps daily rooms open and social, while the private bedrooms sit neatly toward the rear.
The facade has a warm Spanish-inspired character. Smooth stucco siding gives the walls a clean, sun-baked finish. The roof uses terracotta barrel tiles with deep eaves and exposed rafter tails. Arched openings, brick window accents, dark metal lanterns, and a wood entry door add just enough drama without shouting across the street.

Main Floor

The main floor measures 27′ by 36′ and contains the full 800 sq ft of the home. The plan is arranged around a central hall that works like the home’s traffic conductor. No whistle required.
The entryway opens into the living zone, with the living room placed near the front and the kitchen and dining area close by. This creates a practical everyday core for cooking, eating, relaxing, and pretending the laundry does not exist.
The private rooms are set farther back. Bedroom 1 is the larger sleeping room, while Bedroom 2 sits on the opposite side. A reading nook adds a pleasant bonus spot near the bedroom wing. Storage is handled with two bedroom closets, a coat closet near the entry sequence, and a utility/laundry room that keeps household tasks tucked away but accessible.
