Last updated on · ⓘ How we make our floor plans

Based on your feedback we’ve revised these floor plans – here’s the new version.
This is a low-profile, modern single-story house plan with crisp geometry, big glazing, and an indoor-outdoor rhythm that behaves like it owns the place.
The facade reads as contemporary prairie-modern: long horizontal lines, a confident chimney mass in stone veneer, and expansive black-framed windows. Warm vertical wood siding balances the masonry, while a low-slope shed-style roof in dark standing-seam metal keeps the silhouette sleek and tidy. Clean trims. Sharp corners. No fuss, just attitude.
These drawings are floor plan drafts and are available for download as a printable PDF. Use them for layout review, space planning, and daydreaming about where the coffee station goes (spoiler: everywhere).

Main Floor

This level is organized around a central hall and entry, with the living room to the left, the kitchen and dining to the right, and bedrooms pushed to the top corners for privacy. The service spine (laundry, utility, pantry, storage) sits neatly along the upper middle—efficient, discreet, and quietly proud of itself.
Scale: 55 ft × 42 ft = 2,310 sq ft (overall plan draft footprint).
