This is a compact, contemporary single-story home plan with a crisp open core, two secondary bedrooms, and a quiet primary suite tucked to the side. Simple geometry. Smart circulation. No wasted drama.
The facade reads as modern barn-inspired: a clean gable volume, sharp eaves, and large, squared window groupings. Siding is best suited to vertical fiber-cement panels or crisp board-and-batten in a dark tone, paired with smooth accent panels at feature walls. Roofing is a standing-seam metal roof, calm and serious, with dark fascia and trim for a tidy silhouette.
These floor plans are draft layouts and are available for download as printable PDF files. Expect them to be the “good bones” set—clear, practical, and ready for refinement before permit-level documentation. Your printer will survive.
