Last updated on · ⓘ How we make our floor plans

This is a compact modern cottage with a loft. It is a small-footprint design with open daily living below and private sleeping space above. Lean, efficient, and pleasantly unfussy.
The facade follows a clean Scandinavian-cottage language. Two simple gabled volumes shape the massing. The exterior appears finished in white vertical board-and-batten-style siding, paired with warm wood soffit accents. Large windows sharpen the modern tone, including a generous corner window. The roofing is a dark standing-seam metal system with steep pitches and crisp edges. Neat work. No visual clutter.
These floor plan drafts are available for download as a printable PDF. They are easy to print, review, and mark up. Handy for planning, and for winning very serious furniture debates.
