Last updated on · ⓘ How we make our floor plans

This 800 sq. ft. single-floor house plan is a compact two-bedroom design with clear circulation, tidy storage, and no wasted drama. It is practical, warm, and pleasantly well-behaved.
The facade carries a Mediterranean-inspired character. Smooth white stucco siding gives the exterior a clean, bright finish. The roof uses terracotta barrel tile with layered roof forms for a classic profile. Arched openings, black-framed windows, wall lanterns, and a solid wood entry door add handsome detail without getting fussy.

Main Floor

The main floor measures 27 ft. wide by 36 ft. deep and contains the full 800 sq. ft. of living area. The plan is organized around a central hall, which keeps movement simple and gives each room a clear place in the layout.
The entry opens into the right side of the home and connects directly to the living room and hall. The living room sits near the front, with the dining area and kitchen grouped nearby for easy daily use. Snacks have a short commute. Very noble.
The bedroom wing is placed toward the upper portion of the plan. Bedroom 1 is the larger room and includes its own closet. Bedroom 2 sits opposite, also with dedicated closet storage. The bathroom, utility/laundry room, and coat closet are positioned near the center-left, making the service spaces easy to reach without interrupting the private rooms.
Storage is used efficiently. Two bedroom closets, a coat closet, and a defined utility/laundry room keep clutter out of the living spaces. The hall also works hard as the main connector, so the compact footprint still feels orderly.
