This design is a compact modern home with a clean 957 sq ft main-floor layout. It places two bedrooms, one bathroom, and the daily living spaces in a simple, efficient footprint. No wasted maze energy here.

The facade has a crisp contemporary character with strong rectangular volumes and a tall glazed feature wall. Vertical wood siding gives the exterior warmth, while black window frames and dark metal roofing sharpen the look. A low-slope roof profile keeps the form modern and calm. The entry is tucked into a protected recess with a light accent panel for contrast.

Main Floor

The main floor measures 42 ft wide by 34 ft deep and contains 957 sq ft. The layout is arranged with living and dining spaces on one side, service spaces in the middle, and bedrooms on the opposite side. Practical. Direct. Nicely behaved.
The dining room connects closely to the kitchen, keeping meals and movement simple. The living room sits nearby for a relaxed open-use zone. The hall acts as the organizing spine, linking the public rooms to the bedrooms, bathroom, and utility room.
Storage is handled through dedicated closets near the bedrooms and along the bedroom zone. This keeps private rooms cleaner and gives daily clutter somewhere to hide. A rare and beautiful thing.
