Last updated on · ⓘ How we make our floor plans

This is a compact single-story Mediterranean-style house plan with 744 sq ft arranged for simple daily living. It keeps the footprint tight, the circulation clear, and the storage exactly where it earns its keep.
The facade has a warm Spanish coastal character. White stucco walls, arched openings, a rounded front door, and a clay barrel-tile roof create a crisp, sunny look. The low-pitched rooflines step across the front with gentle massing, while stone base trim adds weight and polish. The result is charming without trying too hard. Very civilized.

Main Floor

The main floor measures 27 ft wide by 34 ft deep and contains the full 744 sq ft of living area. The layout is organized around a central hall, which links the entry, living spaces, bedrooms, bath, and service rooms without wasting much motion. No maze. No heroic expedition to find the laundry.
The entry opens into the front living zone, with the living room and kitchen placed along the lower portion of the plan. The kitchen sits close to dining space and living space, creating an efficient everyday core. The hall then stretches toward the private rooms, keeping the bedrooms separated from the active front area.
Storage is used neatly. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each receive a dedicated closet. A coat closet sits near the entry for quick-drop items, while the utility/laundry room adds practical service space beside the bathroom. The hall also carries the circulation load, so the rooms stay clean and usable.
