This design is a single-level courtyard cottage with a balanced U-shaped plan, two bedrooms, and a calm, efficient flow.
The facade blends contemporary cottage architecture with lightly rustic detailing. Steep gables, a tall glazed center gable, and a pergola-style entry create a sharp focal point. Exterior materials appear to be smooth light render, exposed timber trim, and a brick base course. The roof is pitched and richly textured, finished in mixed-tone shingle or slate-like roofing for a quietly handsome look.

Main Floor
The main floor measures 60 feet by 50 feet, for an overall plan area of about 3,000 square feet. The layout is organized around a central courtyard, with a covered entry leading inward and a foyer at the core. The plan splits neatly into left and right wings, so circulation stays easy. No maze behavior here.
The left wing holds the kitchen, pantry, dining room, Bedroom 1, and Bath 1. The center zone contains the foyer, coat closet, utility room, mudroom, laundry, and mechanical room. The right wing includes the living room, Bedroom 2, and Bath 2. The courtyard and patio give the plan a breezy, open rhythm.
