The terracotta clay-tile roof gives the home its strongest architectural note, with layered gables and exposed dark rafter tails adding depth and charm. Simple. Handsome. Not trying too hard.

Main Floor

The layout places the entry and living spaces toward the front and lower portion of the plan, while the bedrooms sit more privately toward the upper side. The hall acts as the central organizer, connecting the sleeping rooms, bath, laundry, kitchen, and living area without wasted wandering space.

Storage is treated with discipline. Each bedroom receives its own closet, and the entry includes a coat closet for daily items. The utility/laundry room is positioned near the bathroom and kitchen, which keeps service functions grouped together. Very sensible. The socks may still disappear, but at least the laundry has a proper home.
