This is a compact, single-level residence with a clean public zone, a private bedroom wing, and a hardworking utility spine. The footprint reads as efficient, bright, and pleasantly no-nonsense.
The facade presents a steep gabled silhouette with a strong masonry chimney mass as the anchor. Large-format glazing and an arched main opening bring a modern edge to a classic form. Exterior cladding is expressed as light-toned brick or stone veneer with dark, crisp window frames. Roofing is a dark shingle or slate-style finish, sharp and tidy, doing its job without drama.
These floor plan sheets are draft layouts and are available for download as a printable PDF. Linework, labels, and room blocks are set up for quick review and easy markups—because erasers deserve hobbies too.
