This compact, single-story cottage combines modern farmhouse character with a one-bedroom layout. A covered front porch and connected living spaces give the modest footprint a comfortable rhythm.

The floor plans were created from the visual concept image of the house, so they may not be 100% accurate. Every effort was made to make them as accurate as possible.

Exterior Design

The facade features rust-red, board-and-batten-style siding beneath a steep gable roof. Dark standing-seam metal roofing, black window frames, and slender porch posts provide crisp contrast. A wood-toned porch ceiling and paneled front door soften the otherwise restrained architecture.
