This two-story, four-bedroom house pairs a restrained modern farmhouse exterior with a practical family layout. The design places shared living spaces downstairs and bedrooms upstairs, with dedicated storage on both levels.

The floor plans were created from the visual concept image of the house, so they may not be 100% accurate. Every effort was made to make them as accurate as possible.

The facade has a simple rectangular form, pale vertical siding that appears to be timber, and crisp black trim. A dark standing-seam metal gable roof reinforces the clean architectural lines. Black-framed windows give the elevation a measured rhythm. A smaller metal-roofed canopy frames the central entrance, where a warm timber door and narrow sidelight soften the dark surround.

Main Floor

The main floor provides 1,021 sq ft, with stated dimensions of 34 ft wide by 30 ft deep. A central entry and hallway organize the plan around the staircase. Dining and living spaces occupy the left side; the kitchen and family room occupy the right.

The largely open arrangement connects daily activities without merging every room into one undifferentiated space. The covered entrance creates a sheltered arrival point. The bathroom sits behind the staircase, while the pantry adjoins the kitchen to keep provisions accessible and work surfaces clear.

Dining Room — 176 sq ft: At the rear left, connected to the living area and central circulation.
Living Room — 154 sq ft: At the front left, providing a separate seating zone.
Bathroom 1 — 48 sq ft: Centrally positioned at the rear for shared access.
Main Hallway — 136 sq ft: Links the entry, staircase, and principal rooms.

Each bedroom has an adjacent closet. Separate laundry and linen-storage spaces sit toward the front center, while the shared bathroom occupies the rear center above the main-floor bathroom. Laundry stays near the bedrooms, sparing baskets a daily stair workout.
