Last updated on · ⓘ How we make our floor plans

This is a compact single-floor Mediterranean-style house plan with 800 sq ft of living area. The layout is tidy, direct, and pleasantly practical. No wasted drama. Just enough charm to make the front door feel smug.
The facade carries a warm Spanish-inspired character with smooth white stucco walls, arched openings, and soft aqua shutters. Brick trim frames the tall windows, adding texture without shouting. The roof uses terracotta barrel tiles with broad hip forms and dark exposed rafter tails. Black lanterns and a recessed entry complete the crafted, old-world look.

Main Floor

The main floor measures 27 ft wide by 36 ft deep, with the full 800 sq ft arranged on one level. The plan places the public rooms toward the front and center, while the two bedrooms sit more privately toward the rear and upper side of the layout.
The entry opens into a compact receiving zone and connects quickly to the living room, dining area, kitchen, and hall. Circulation is simple. The hall acts as the main organizer, linking bedrooms, bath, laundry, and shared living spaces without turning the house into a maze. Very polite of it.
Storage is worked in with care. Each bedroom has dedicated closet space, and the coat closet near the entry handles daily items before they wander into the living room and start a small rebellion. The utility/laundry room is also placed close to the bath and kitchen, keeping service functions efficient and contained.
